The firm subscribes to the Property Ombudsman Scheme and are ARLA Propertymark licensed. ARLA stands for Association of Residential Letting Agents and is the governing body for letting agents in the UK. Members abide by their strict code of conduct and have client money protection and professional indemnity insurance in place. They are also required to provide annual accountant’s reports. Due to lack of regulation, membership of ARLA Propertymark is not compulsory. Always look for the logo.
