We value a strong and trustworthy relationship with our landlord clients.  After speaking over the telephone our Managing Director, Lucinda Watts, will arrange to meet you to discuss your rental requirements in detail.  This can take place at our offices in Chippenham Mews, Maida Vale, or at the rental property.

They’ll be plenty of advice and guidance, especially if you’re a first time landlord or going overseas. Maybe it’s because we’re landlords ourselves but we understand that you are busy and need an agency that can take care of everything without fuss.

We also prefer not to outsource any of our work. We believe it’s important to retain full control over all matters relating to your property. That way we can provide a better level of service.

Our priority is finding you the best possible tenants. Our care and attention continues when managing your property. You are important to us, not just a name in the system. When you speak to our staff they’ll know who you are, which property you’re talking about and who the tenants are. You’ll also find that we’re quick to respond to problems – even outside office hours.

We’ll keep you up to date with what’s happening in the market and any new legislation by way of our monthly newsletter.

Due to lack of regulation, membership of ARLA is not compulsory. Always look for the logo.
