The new London night tube is likely to push up rental and property prices in the areas set to benefit the most. These have been identified as Stratford, Willesden, Mile End and Canada Water. Research from Dataloft calculated that landlords with homes within half a mile of these stations are bound to see increased demand as students and shift workers are drawn to the areas with all night tube facilities. The service is being phased in from 2017.
