The Residential Landlords Association (RLA) have launched an election site focused on the needs of landlords.
With a few clicks of the mouse landlords can find out who their local MP is, who their local candidates are and full details of all the main parties’ policies on housing and the PRS.
The site also enables landlords to write to their local MP and their local election candidates to ask their views on key issues that affect them and the private rented sector.
Politicians are proposing a range of policies including minimum three year tenancies, rent controls, withdrawal of tax allowances and more. The outcome of this election could seriously impact on landlords.
Sulgrave Estates congratulates the RLA on setting up their Election Site and urges landlords to make their voice heard through it. Please visit http://www.rla.org.uk/general-election-2015
